Pretrial rehabilitation – a system of measures on reestablishing debtor solvency which can be performed by property owner  (a body authorized for management of the debtor property), an investor with the aim to prevent from a debtor bankruptcy by means of reorganizing, business, administrative, investment, technical, financial and economic, law measures in compliance with the legislation before bankruptcy petition.
