According to the current legislation of Ukraine carrying out of an estimation is obligatory in following cases:

• Creation of the enterprises (economic societies) on the basis of the state property or property which is in the municipal property;

   

• Reorganization, bankruptcies, liquidations of the state, municipal enterprises and the enterprises (economic societies) with the state share of property (a share of municipal property);

   

• Allocation or definition of a share of property in the general property in which there is a state share (a share of municipal property);

   

• Definition of cost of payments for participants and founders of an economic society if to the specified society the property of economic societies with the state share (a share of municipal property) is brought, and also in case of an output  (exception) of the participant or the founder from structure of such society;

   

• Privatizations and other alienation in the cases established by the law, rent, an exchange, insurance of the state property, property which are in the municipal property, and also returning of this property on the basis of the decision of court;

   

• Reassessments of a fixed capital for the purposes of book keeping;

   

• he taxation of property according to the law    
• Definition of damage or the size of compensation in the cases established  by the law;

   

• In other cases under the decision of the court or in connection with necessity of protection of public interests;

   

• In cases of the mortgage of the state and municipal property, alienation of the state and municipal property by ways which do not provide a competition of buyers during sale, or in case of sale to one buyer, definitions of damage or the size of compensation, during the decision of disputes and in other cases certain by the legislation, or under the agreement of parties.

• The Certificate of the subject of estimated activity 5952/07 from 7/30/2007 of year is given out by Fund of the State property of Ukraine.
